Then try this recipe. I even cheat and make it right in the oatmeal pot after breakfast.
Leftover Oatmeal Cookies
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups leftover oatmeal
Mix it all up and drop from teaspoon on to greased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes. Yield: 4 dozen
