I took my daughter to her first voice lesson today. Did I ever tell you how wildly talented that girl is? If I hadn't seen it for myself I would not believe that she came from my body. It's shocking, really, to see this grown person in front of me that I've nurtured all of these years.
Where does the time go? I know that I am getting old when I start to say things like that.

Yes, she is quite talented. I bet she'll enjoy the voice lessons.
I'm unbiased about your daughter and that girl can sing- I think I blogged about her voice when she sang at Night of the arts last year. I bet she loves it, does she sing constantly? My oldest does, it's fun having a singer in the house. On a side note- I can't believe we were both in the same city 3000 miles away on the same week, we were gone the 20-27. I hope you had fun, we did.
