My Bible Scholars

Just minutes ago I was washing glass shelving with Windex. I was intently doing my job when I overheard this conversation between my two of my sons:

"Would you sell me your birth rite?" said my seven-year-old to my oldest son.

"Why would I do that? Are you making red lentil soup or something?"

"I was thinking about it."

ha ha ha! Once when Taylor was about 6 and Ben was about 2, Ben attacked Taylor becasue he was sitting in a seat her wanted: at the computer, playing math games. Taylor was ignoring him, brushing him off at first, until blows reigned down! Then Taylor turned in his seat, arms up, shielding his face, and said: "hey! What do we have here?! A Cain and Able situation?!" I laughed so hard I had to wait awhile to give Ben the spanking he deserved!

Hilarious! My daughter did a picture for that parsha with Ya'akov handing over a bowl of "red, red soup".
